Health & Mental Wellness
We promote the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of young people through mental health awareness, psychosocial support, counseling referrals, stress management training, life coaching, and wellness education. Our goal is to equip youth with the resilience, confidence, and healthy habits they need to thrive in every area of life.

Background
Young people today face increasing academic, social, and economic pressures that significantly affect their mental and emotional well-being. At Next Youth Initiative, we recognize that true empowerment goes beyond education and skills; it requires strong mental health, emotional balance, and safe spaces for growth.
INYI Health
Our Health & Mental Wellness pillar is designed to provide holistic support systems that address both prevention and intervention. Through structured awareness sessions, psychosocial support programs, referrals to professional counseling services, stress management training, life coaching, and wellness education, we help young people build healthy coping mechanisms and practical life strategies.
We work closely with schools, communities, families, and stakeholders to reduce stigma around mental health conversations and promote open dialogue. By strengthening resilience and encouraging positive lifestyle choices, we enable youth to perform at their best academically, socially, and economically.
Because when young people are mentally strong and emotionally supported, they are better equipped to lead, learn, and succeed.
