Youth Empowered
We’ve directly impacted the lives of over 1,200 young people through mentorship, leadership, and career development programs. From first-generation students to budding entrepreneurs, we help youth see beyond their circumstances and into their future.
Education & Career Readiness
Through workshops, internships, and training, we’ve equipped more than 600 youths with practical skills in technology, business, arts, and community leadership. 72% of our participants have gone on to higher education, vocational training, or career pathways aligned with their passions.
Community Connections
We’ve partnered with 35+ schools, businesses, and local organizations to build lasting support systems for young people. This ensures every youth is seen, heard, and supported—wherever they are on their journey.
Youth-Led Change
In just the past two years, our young leaders have organized 15+ community events and advocacy campaigns, reaching thousands more in their neighborhoods with positive change initiatives.
